Sport Camps

Sports Performance Camps are designed for athletes and kids of ALL ages, abilities, and sport backgrounds! Our SPCs are different than sport specific training in that we work on fast twitch muscle development, endurance, body control/strength, and core stability. Regardless of the athlete’s sport of choice, these finely tuned plyometric, body weight drills are designed to give them the athletic foundation they need.

SPCs are designed in a collaborative effort effort between David and Jessica. With 19 years of coaching experience, 3 state championships, and countless playoff births, David understands how to get athletes to the next level. Whether the goal is to increase max on bench, drop seconds on a 40, or increase vertical jump David knows the drills and skills to make it happen.

Camps start June 10th and continue until school starts in August.

Athletes can choose to attend one or all of the week sessions. Each session has 2 workouts per week as well as pre and post assessments. Space is limited to keep low coach/athlete ratio. Contact Jessica now to reserve your spot.
